I was driving home from a doctor's appointment on the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day. After weeks of medical tests, I learned I had a very serious disorder that, if left untreated, would be life threatening within months. On the road in front of me was a JEEP® Wrangler and on it's spare tire cover was a saying reminding me that it's good to be alive. I thought, "Yes, it certainly is good to be alive, but in my situation all I could think was "Death is Bad." Thankfully, there was treatment and after six months I was cured. The phrase "Death is Bad" rolled around in my brain for a few weeks. I checked to see if anyone had a trademark for it. Nobody did, so the rest, as they say is history. Now "Death is Bad" and other cynical humor is an attractive casual clothing line designed to poke fun at the inevitable. We hope you find our cynicism humorous and our casual clothing attractive.
